“Crispy”
“To be hot.. one of a kind… confident about yourself ..sexy.. ”
“Many use this word, but few have yet to grasp the true meaning, the true essence behind it. Someone can have a crispy personality, a crispy attitude, a crispy style. Crispy is about being happy about how you look, how you dress, how you act, how you think. Not a lot of people carry the “crispy” attitude into real lfe.”
“Confidence is generally described as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Self-confidence is having confidence in oneself. Arrogance or hubris in this comparison, is having unmerited confidence—believing something or someone is capable or correct when they are not. Overconfidence or presumptuousness is excessive belief in someone (or something) succeeding, without any regard for failure. Confidence can be a self-fulfilling prophecy as those without it may fail or not try because they lack it and those with it may succeed because they have it rather than because of an innate ability.”
“A vocation is an occupation to which a person is specially drawn or for which he or she is suited, trained, or qualified.”
“Turnaround management is a process dedicated to people and organization renewal. It uses analysis and planning to save troubled people and organizations and returns them to success. Turnaround management involves management review (BPI,BPR,TA), activity based costing, root failure causes analysis, and SWOT analysis to determine why the person and/or organization is failing. Once analysis is completed, a long term strategic plan and restructuring plan are created. These plans may or may not involve a bankruptcy filing. Once approved, turnaround professionals begin to implement the plan, continually reviewing its progress and make changes to the plan as needed to ensure the person and/or organization returns to success.”
“A goal is a desired result a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Many people endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.
It is roughly similar to purpose or aim, the anticipated result which guides reaction, or an end, which is an object, either a physical object or anabstract object, that has intrinsic value.”
“Philosophy:
- People are OK; thus each person has validity, importance, equality of respect.
- Positive reinforcement increases feelings of OK.
- All people have a basic lovable core and a desire for positive growth.
- Everyone (with only few exceptions, such as the severely brain-damaged) has the capacity to think.
- All of the many facets of an individual have a positive value for them in some way.
- People decide their story and destiny, therefore these decisions can be changed.
- All emotional difficulties are curable.“
“Freedom from historical maladaptations embedded in the childhood script is required in order to become free of inappropriate, inauthentic and displaced emotions which are not a fair and honest reflection of here-and-now life (such as echoes of childhood suffering, pity-me and other mind games, compulsive behavior and repetitive dysfunctional life patterns). The aim of change is to move toward autonomy (freedom from childhood script), spontaneity, intimacy, problem solving as opposed to avoidance or passivity, cure as an ideal rather than merely making progress and learning new choices.”
“Awareness, Spontaneity, Intimacy, Inclusion, Control, Affection” are CRISPY Critical Success Factors (CSFs)………..

Heyo! SONGLYRICS just got interactive. Highlight. Review: RIFF-it.
RIFF-it good.
“Well listen up to what I say
I wasn’t born just yesterday
I’ve been down the road and back a time or two
Well this should come as no surprise
You can’t pull the wool over my eyes
I’ve had it up to here now I’m through
And I’m sick and tired of fools
Tired of playin’ by the rules
Time to strut my cool
‘Cause my Mama didn’t raise no fool
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well my Mama didn’t raise no fool
You can’t tell me what to do
‘Cause Mama didn’t raise no fool
What goes around comes back around
And I’ve been around a few times by now
I’ve seen it all before and I’ve paid my dues
So don’t tell me no stories
And don’t tell me no lies
‘Cause my mother brought me up to be a bad mother too, yea
And I’m sick and tired of fools
Tired of playin’ by the rules
Time to strut my cool
‘Cause my Mama didn’t raise no fool
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well my Mama didn’t raise no fool
You can’t tell me what to do
‘Cause Mama didn’t raise, Mama didn’t raise
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well my Mama didn’t raise no fool
You can’t tell me what to do
‘Cause Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well Ma-Ma-Ma-Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well my Mama didn’t raise no fool
You can’t tell me what to do
‘Cause Mama didn’t raise, Mama didn’t raise
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Mama didn’t raise no fool
Well my Mama didn’t raise no fool
You can’t tell me what to do
‘Cause Mama didn’t raise, mama didn’t raise
Mama didn’t raise no fool”
