Since February 2011 Second Boat Sink in Halong Bay, No Casualties – 05/11/2011

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

For Your Information (FYI) unfortunately NOT your enjoyment:

“Witnesses said a boat carrying water then crashed into it and the boat with tourists soon began to sink”.

“According to Tuoi Tre, 28 French tourists, a tour guide and 12 Vietnamese crew members were on board when the accident took place. “

“In February, ten foreign and two Vietnamese tourists died when a boat sank in the bay”

“The tragedy prompted local authorities to launch inspections into boats operating in the bay”

And this is just the tip of the iceberg for security in boat architecture and building processes… just browsing and NOT working on it… Of course, you need to know how to use the internet and be competent in English, (sorry NOT Vietnamese)…a very, very, very, (did I say very already) TALL order in our beloved Viet Nam, unfortunately!;+)

Between the open safari on tourists by robbers in TPHCM and the drowning attempts, intentional, accidental, or otherwise, (two (2) in less than six (6) months for 2011) on some other tourists in Halong Bay, no wonder they have difficulties in meeting tourism industry income quotas…of course they do NOT need ANY foreigners to teach them how to think, especially related to QA, QC, QFD, 4PL, BPI, BPR…How many dead tourists and/or foreigners NOT coming back to Viet Nam (dead or alive) do they need to wake up! TPHCM and Halong Bay need the money from those tourists…Heck! All Viet Nam needs the money!:+(

Big Hugs and Kisses to All!;+)
